Hassan Saiyid’s background provided great experience and knowledge of the need for asset inventories for homeowners as well as business owners. He worked for Citibank N.A. for 5 Years in the HR Department as Personal Assistant to the Director, and in those 5 years worked with Higher Management as well the CEO of Citibank Pakistan from 1990 – 1995 and then move to the US and has made America his home since then.
He was employed by NASDAQ Stock Market as a Software Testing Analyst from 1999 to 2004, testing intricate and sophisticated software. During this time, his entrepreneurial desire and love of the martial arts merged when he opened his own Karate School of Bushi Ban Martial Arts in 2002.
Within 2 years, Hassan was able to leave the financial industry and focus on his business full time. With over 200 students training regularly, he developed his school into one of the biggest and most successful schools in Seymour, and Southbury, Connecticut.
In early 2017, Hassan and his wife Kim Hartman moved to Houston, home of Bushi Ban International world headquarters. He fills the role as one of the Senior Masters and a member of Senior Masters Council in the organization. With two inductions into the World Masters Hall Of Fame, his knowledge and expertise will help build the organization and support it worldwide.
Wanting to expand his entrepreneurship into other areas, he chose the service industry. Due to his responsibilities with Bushi Ban, he was seeking an industry that enabled him to own a home-based business with a very flexible schedule. The home and business inventory services fit these requirements. Through his years in the banking industry, he realized that asset inventory documentation provides the solution for all aspects of our lives – whether it is legal or an unfortunate incident that requires knowing and proving what you own.
Nash Khan has made Houston, Texas his home for over 30 years. His interest in the business world started when he was a student at Texas Southern University where his favorite courses were marketing and business. After graduating with a degree in Business Management, he utilized his education in a variety of industries, each bringing additional experience in business and customer service.
Nash was Marketing Director for Heat Masters and for 10 years held that same position with Universal Minerals. Making a huge switch in industries, Khan joined Bushi Ban International in 2008 as Director/Owner and Manager of two Karate school/day cares. Bushi Ban Martial Arts and Fitness is a martial arts system that combines the strong, time-tested traditional martial arts knowledge and techniques to create a complete system that builds strength, confidence, and character in adults and children.
Hassan and Nash have been friends and business associates for 12 years. With Hassan’s business and financial background and Nash’s business and marketing experience, they bring complementing skills to their inventory business. Committed to providing exceptional customer service, both men are certified by the National Inventory Certification Association as Certified Inventory Specialists and Certified Appraisal Examiners.
